Vote No on this bill if you want to avoid expanding criminal penalties and prison terms, limit landlords' legal risk for tenants' conduct, and prioritize service-based responses to prostitution over harsher enforcement.

Civil liberties organizations, sex worker rights and harm-reduction groups, tenant advocates, and landlord or real estate associations concerned about liability and overcriminalization may oppose this bill.
