Arizona would ban selling or leasing land to governments and companies tied to China, Iran, North Korea, or Russia, their related entities, and people who served in those nations' militaries. Current owners have one year to sell or give up the property. If they don't, the state takes the interest and auctions it, sending the money to the general fund. DPS must keep a public list, investigate, and refer cases. Knowingly buying is a class 4 felony.
