Changes Michigan's high school graduation rules. Ends the Algebra II requirement; students still need Algebra I, geometry, and a math class in their final year, with more math options, including CTE and computer science. For students entering high school in 2029-30: add 2 future skills credits—0.5 personal finance and 0.5 workplace development—and raise science to 4 credits. Coding can count as a world language. State will share model course plans by 2028.
