Creates protections for people when high-risk AI is used for major decisions (jobs, housing, loans, health care, school, etc.). Companies must manage risk, review systems yearly, and complete impact reports to prevent unfair bias; they must tell the attorney general if harm is found. People must be told before AI helps decide, and government must disclose AI interactions. The AG can enforce, with a chance to fix first violations. Extends an AI task force and adds a workplace group.
