A multistate coalition of elected state attorneys general who coordinate on litigation, amicus briefs, and joint policy positions to defend state authority and advance their states’ legal and policy interests.
State sovereignty and federalism, constitutional litigation, consumer protection, public safety, election law, immigration and border policy, energy and environmental regulation, health care, and opposition to federal actions viewed as preempting state authority.
Primarily funded through the budgets and resources of the individual state attorneys general offices represented in the coalition.
The coalition includes the attorneys general of Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
