AdvaMed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, is a trade association that serves as the common voice for companies producing medical devices, diagnostic products, and digital health technologies. Its mission is to advance medical technology to improve patient lives and support healthier economies.
Medical device and diagnostics regulation, FDA and CMS policy, reimbursement and coverage, product approval pathways, ethical industry standards, trade and market access, global harmonization, and state and federal advocacy affecting medtech innovation and patient access.
Primarily funded by member company dues and membership-related fees from medical technology companies and associated firms.
Member companies across the medical technology sector; AdvaMed Dx; leadership includes President and CEO Scott Whitaker and board leadership from major medtech executives.
