About the Organization

The Alliance for Connected Care is a Washington, D.C.-based coalition that advocates for expanded access to telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and other technology-enabled care. Its mission is to reduce policy, legal, and regulatory barriers so patients and providers can use connected care more easily.

Policy Goals

Telehealth and virtual care access, remote patient monitoring, Medicare and commercial reimbursement for connected care, interstate licensure and state regulatory reform, digital health and AI-enabled care policy, and other health care delivery modernization issues.

Funding

Primarily funded by membership dues from health care and technology organizations, with support from coalition members and related advocacy activities.

Affiliates

Founders and prominent figures include Krista Drobac, and the organization has worked with or counted among its members major health care and technology organizations such as Ascension, Intermountain Health, Stanford Health Care, MedStar Health, Amazon, CVS Health, and others. Early public leaders associated with its launch included Tom Daschle, Trent Lott, and John Breaux.
