Description: America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) is the national trade association that represents health insurance providers in the United States. AHIP advocates for policies intended to expand access to affordable coverage, strengthen employer-sponsored and public–private coverage models, promote Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care, address prescription drug and administrative issues, and advance industry-led solutions to improve health equity and care delivery.
