About the Organization

The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) is the professional association for physicians and other interprofessional clinicians who care for patients with serious illness and their families. Its mission is to advance high-quality, equitable hospice and palliative care across all settings through education, research, workforce development, and advocacy.
