The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) is a national trade association representing manufacturers of concrete pipe and related precast concrete products used in infrastructure projects. Its mission is to promote the use of concrete pipe through research, technical standards development, education, and advocacy to support safe, durable, and sustainable public infrastructure.
