The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the trade association for the vacation ownership and timeshare industry. It promotes the growth of the industry and serves its members through education, public relations, communications, legislative advocacy, membership development, and ethics enforcement.
Legislative and regulatory policies affecting vacation ownership, timeshare, resort development, consumer protection, property and contract law, taxation, tourism, and state and federal business regulation.
Primarily funded by member dues, membership fees, event and conference revenue, sponsorships, and related association activities.
ARDA International Foundation (AIF); ARDA-ROC (Resort Owners’ Coalition); member companies in the vacation ownership industry, including major resort and timeshare operators.
