The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), also known as ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, is a nonprofit membership organization that serves association executives and professionals who manage trade, professional, philanthropic, scientific, educational, and other nonprofit organizations. Its mission is to advance and support the association management profession through education, research, community, and advocacy.
ASAE typically engages on policies affecting the nonprofit and association sector, including tax and regulatory issues, workforce and employment matters, governance, education and credentialing, charitable and philanthropic organizations, and broader public policies that affect associations and their members.
Primarily funded by membership dues, conference and event revenue, educational programs, publications, sponsorships, and related service offerings.
