The Arab American Institute (AAI) is a national Arab American advocacy organization based in Washington, D.C. Founded in the mid-1980s by James Zogby, AAI promotes civic participation, public policy research, and civil rights for Arab Americans while tracking and shaping legislation and public debate affecting the community.
