Description: The Association of Flight Attendants–CWA (AFA‑CWA) is a U.S.-based labor union that represents flight attendants and cabin crew at major airlines and other carriers. The organization advocates for members’ wages, benefits, workplace safety and health, working conditions, collective bargaining rights, and passenger/aviation safety through bargaining, regulation advocacy, public campaigns, and legal action.
