The CAR Coalition (Consumer Access to Repair Coalition) is a national coalition advocating for consumer choice and competition in the automotive repair market. Its mission is to ensure that vehicle owners and independent repair facilities have access to the same diagnostic and repair information, tools, and data that vehicle manufacturers provide to their franchised dealers.
