The Center for International Policy Advocacy (CIP Advocacy) is the advocacy arm of the Center for International Policy, a Washington, D.C.-based progressive nonprofit that conducts research, public education, convening, and public advocacy to advance a more peaceful, just, and sustainable U.S. foreign policy grounded in transparency, accountability, human rights, and demilitarization.
U.S. foreign policy reform prioritizing diplomacy over militarization; transparency and oversight of security assistance and arms transfers; nuclear disarmament and arms control; reducing illicit finance and corruption; climate and militarism; migration and refugee protection; limits on foreign influence in domestic institutions; science and technology for peace and security.
Primarily funded by philanthropic foundation grants, major donors and individual contributions, supplemented by program revenue and event or project-specific grants.
