The Center for Procurement Advocacy (CPA) is a Washington, D.C.–based nonprofit organization that provides a platform for industry stakeholders to develop and advance consensus-based federal procurement policy. Its mission is to promote an efficient, effective, transparent, open, and competitive U.S. federal acquisition system that aligns the interests of government and industry.
