Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system that provides mental health, substance use disorder, crisis, and related supportive services for children, adults, seniors, military families, and other communities. Its mission is to deliver care that changes people’s lives.
Behavioral health, mental health access, substance use treatment and recovery, crisis services, suicide prevention, children and family services, veteran and military mental health, intellectual and developmental disability services, housing and community support, and public funding for health and social services.
Primarily philanthropic donations, grants, government reimbursement, and service revenue; Centerstone’s Foundation also raises charitable support from individuals, businesses, and grant funders.
Centerstone Foundation; Centerstone Institute; military-service partners such as Wounded Warrior Project and Cohen Veterans Network; following its 2025 merger, Brightli and its affiliate companies are part of the Centerstone organization.
