Personnel and manpower policy, officer recruitment and retention, promotion and career progression rules, military pay and benefits, training and professional education, quality-of-life and family support issues, and veterans' transition and retirement benefits.

Funding

Primarily membership dues and voluntary donations, supplemented by event fees, fundraising activities, and occasional sponsorships or in‑kind support.
