The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) is a California-based immigrant rights organization founded in 1986 that works to advance the human and civil rights of immigrants and refugees. Its mission is to achieve a just society fully inclusive of immigrants through advocacy, organizing, legal services, civic engagement, and public education.
