Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) is a nonpartisan nonprofit government watchdog that investigates and litigates alleged public corruption and ethics violations, files FOIA and enforcement complaints, and advocates policy reforms to increase transparency and reduce the influence of money in U.S. politics. Founded in 2003, CREW uses legal actions, research, and communications to hold public officials and institutions accountable.
