Primarily supported by member construction associations and allied industry organizations; also uses lobbying and advocacy support from affiliated government-relations representation.
Includes member associations such as Associated General Contractors of America, Associated General Contractors of Texas, Associated General Contractors of America, National Rural Water Association, and numerous state utility and contractors associations; prominent leaders include Kyle England (Chairman) and lobbyist Mae Stevens.
