The Committee for Better Banks is a worker-led coalition of bank, credit union, and other financial services employees that advocates for better working conditions, union organizing, and a more equitable, community-focused banking system.
Labor rights, union organizing, bank worker protections, fair lending, regulatory reform, consumer protection, diversity and inclusion, and stronger enforcement against predatory banking practices.
Primarily supported by the Communications Workers of America, allied labor organizations, and partner community and consumer advocacy groups.
