The Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) is a national membership organization of senior judicial branch administrators from U.S. states and territories. COSCA promotes effective, fair, and efficient administration of state courts by developing best practices, providing peer exchange and education, and advising on operational, managerial, and policy issues affecting court systems.

Primarily supported by member dues and fees, revenue from conferences and training programs, grants and contracts for technical assistance, and occasional foundation or government grants
