About the Organization

The Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) is a nonprofit organization that works to protect and advance the interests of hunters, anglers, recreational shooters, and trappers. Founded in 1989, the organization serves as a liaison between the outdoor sporting community and federal and state policymakers, supporting policies that promote wildlife conservation, public access, and America’s sporting traditions.

Policy Goals

Wildlife conservation and management, hunting and fishing access, Second Amendment-related issues affecting sportsmen, public land access, outdoor recreation policy, and state and federal natural resource legislation

Primarily funded through private donations, corporate sponsorships from outdoor industry companies, foundations, and fundraising events
