About the Organization

The Connecticut Farm Bureau is a statewide agricultural advocacy organization that represents farmers and agricultural producers in Connecticut. Its mission is to advance and protect the economic viability and sustainability of Connecticut agriculture through public policy advocacy, member services, and public education.

Policy Goals

Agricultural policy, farmland preservation, property taxation, environmental regulation, land use, labor laws affecting farms, animal welfare regulations, food production standards, and rural economic development

Membership dues, program revenue, and related agricultural service activities
