About the Organization

The Corn Refiners Association (CRA) is a national trade association representing the corn refining industry in the United States. Its mission is to promote the use and benefits of corn-based products, including corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, starches, sweeteners, ethanol, and other bioproducts, while advocating for policies that support corn refining and agricultural innovation.

Policy Goals

Agricultural policy, food and nutrition policy, trade policy, biofuels and renewable energy policy, tax policy, and regulatory matters affecting corn-based sweeteners, starches, and ethanol production.

Funding

Membership dues and contributions from corn refining companies.

Affiliates

Member companies include major agribusiness and food ingredient firms such as Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Cargill, Ingredion, and Tate & Lyle.
