CRE Finance Council (CREFC) is a trade association representing the commercial real estate finance industry. It advocates for policies that support commercial real estate lending, securitization, liquidity, transparency, and market efficiency, while also providing education, standards, and networking for industry participants.

Primarily funded by membership dues, conference and event revenue, sponsorships, and related industry programs.
Member firms across commercial real estate finance, including lenders, investors, servicers, and rating agencies; leadership is overseen by a Board of Governors and Executive Committee drawn from the membership.
