Delaware NORML, Inc. is the Delaware chapter of NORML, a cannabis policy advocacy organization focused on reforming marijuana laws in the state and advancing adult-use and medical cannabis policy.
Cannabis legalization, marijuana decriminalization, medical cannabis access, expungement and criminal justice reform related to cannabis, and regulation of adult-use cannabis markets.
