Doctors for America is a national nonprofit organization of physicians and medical students that advocates for high-quality, affordable health care for all and for policies that promote health equity and evidence-based medicine. The organization mobilizes health professionals to advance public health, expand access to care, and strengthen the health care system.
Health care reform, expansion of health insurance coverage, protection and strengthening of the Affordable Care Act, reproductive health access, public health infrastructure, gun violence prevention as a public health issue, health equity initiatives, and evidence-based medical policy.
