The Environmental Law & Policy Center (ELPC) is a Midwest-based public interest environmental organization founded in 1993 that uses legal action, policy advocacy, economic analysis and science to advance clean energy, clean air and water, sustainable transportation, Great Lakes protection, and environmental justice across Midwestern states and at the federal level.
