The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is a component of the Executive Office of the President responsible for overseeing the implementation of the President’s vision across the executive branch. It prepares the President’s annual federal budget proposal to Congress, reviews and coordinates agency regulations, and evaluates the effectiveness of federal programs and policies. Under the Trump–Vance Administration, OMB advances the administration’s fiscal, regulatory, and management priorities.
