Florida High School Democrats is a statewide youth political organization that organizes high school students in Florida to promote Democratic values, build campus chapters, train young activists, run voter registration and civic engagement campaigns, and support Democratic candidates and progressive policy priorities in the state.
Typically advances youth-focused and progressive policies including voter registration and civic engagement, support for public education, reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ equality, climate and environmental action, gun safety reforms, and mobilizing youth in electoral campaigns and candidate outreach.
Primarily funded by individual donations and small-dollar fundraising, membership dues, event fundraising, and financial support coordinated with affiliated Democratic organizations and associated political action committees.
