The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a congressionally chartered veterans service organization representing enlisted members of the United States Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Its mission is to protect and enhance the pay, benefits, and quality of life of Sea Service personnel, veterans, and their families through legislative advocacy, community service, and patriotic activities.
