Description: The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a congressionally chartered, non‑profit veterans and military advocacy organization founded in 1924 that represents enlisted personnel and veterans of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Its mission is to protect and enhance pay, benefits, healthcare, retirement and quality of life for Sea Service enlisted members, their families and survivors while providing veterans service assistance, scholarships and community support.
