The Florida House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Florida Legislature, the legislative branch of Florida’s state government. It is composed of 120 elected members who serve two-year terms and are responsible for drafting, debating, and passing state laws, appropriating funds, and representing the interests of constituents across Florida.
