Grassroots Global Justice Alliance (GGJ) is a U.S.-based alliance of grassroots organizing groups led by working-class and poor communities of color that builds cross-issue movement power. GGJ organizes around climate justice, gender and racial justice, anti-militarism and a just transition to an economy that centers frontline communities, providing leadership development, strategic coordination and international solidarity for member organizations.
Climate and environmental justice, just transition and green jobs, racial and gender justice, anti-militarism and peace, local economic democracy and anti-extractive economic policy, labor and immigrant justice, opposition to corporate trade and development policies that harm frontline communities
Primarily funded by philanthropic foundation grants and donor contributions, supplemented by member dues and individual donations
