Great Old Broads for Wilderness is a women-led national grassroots conservation organization that engages in education, advocacy, and stewardship to preserve and protect wilderness and wild public lands. The Northern San Juan Leadership Team is a local leadership group within that broader organization.
Wilderness protection, public lands conservation, climate change, biodiversity and ecosystem health, fossil fuel and mining impacts, livestock grazing, roads and vehicle access, and forest management.
Primarily membership dues, individual donations, and philanthropic support from supporters and grants.
