About the Organization

Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC) is a nonprofit public health organization based in Honolulu that provides harm reduction services, HIV and hepatitis prevention and care, syringe exchange programs, substance use treatment support, and health and social services to marginalized communities across Hawai'i. Its mission is to reduce health disparities and improve the well-being of people who use drugs, individuals living with HIV, and other underserved populations through compassionate, evidence-based care and advocacy.

Policy Goals

Public health policy, harm reduction strategies, HIV/AIDS and hepatitis prevention and treatment, substance use and addiction services, syringe services programs, criminal justice reform related to drug use, and healthcare access for underserved populations
