Health Care Justice North Carolina is a Charlotte-area grassroots health care advocacy organization and chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program. It promotes universal, publicly funded health coverage and frames health care as a social justice issue.
Single-payer Medicare for All, expanded and improved Medicare, Medicaid expansion, opposition to Medicare Advantage privatization, and health equity policies addressing racial, ethnic, and gender disparities.
Primarily member donations and grassroots support; membership is free, and the organization also solicits contributions to support advocacy and outreach.
