The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) is a Florida trade association and advocacy organization for the home care and home health industry. It represents providers of Medicare-certified, Medicaid, and private-pay home care services, and promotes education, resources, and policy advocacy to support high-quality in-home care.
Home health care, home and community-based services, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and regulation, workforce and staffing issues, licensing and provider standards, and state and federal health care advocacy.
Primarily funded by membership dues, conference and education program revenue, and related association activities; it also operates a separate political action committee for political advocacy.
