About the Organization

Iowa Valley Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) is a regional nonprofit organization based in eastern Iowa that works to support natural resource conservation, community development, and environmental education. The organization partners with local governments, landowners, and community groups to promote sustainable land use, water quality improvement, and rural economic vitality.

Policy Goals

Conservation of soil and water resources, watershed management, environmental sustainability, rural development, conservation education, and support for local and regional natural resource initiatives
