Journey to Success is a policy advocacy campaign focused on improving outcomes for youth and young adults who have experienced foster care, with an emphasis on healing, family connections, and economic security.
Federal and state foster care policy, youth transition supports, family reunification and kinship care, economic security and asset-building, education, housing stability, and youth engagement in policymaking.
Primarily philanthropic foundation support and partner organization backing.
National partners include Think of Us, FosterClub, the National Foster Parent Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Youth Law Center; state-based partners are co-convened by FosterClub and the Partnership for America’s Children.
