Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center is a regional environmental advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the forests, rivers, wildlife, and biodiversity of the Klamath-Siskiyou bioregion in southern Oregon and northern California. The organization works to conserve public lands and promote sustainable land management practices through policy advocacy, community engagement, and legal action.
Public lands management, forest conservation, endangered species protection, wildfire and climate resilience policy, opposition to old-growth logging, and promotion of environmental protections at the state and federal levels.
Primarily funded through individual donations, foundation grants, and membership contributions.
Works in coalition with regional and national environmental organizations and conservation groups focused on public lands and biodiversity protection.
