The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) is a national Latino labor organization founded in 1973 that advocates for the rights and advancement of Latino workers and their families. As the official Latino constituency group of the AFL-CIO, LCLAA works to promote economic justice, workers’ rights, immigration reform, civic engagement, and leadership development within the labor movement.
