The League of Women Voters of Arizona (LWVAZ) is a nonpartisan, grassroots civic organization dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy. It works to encourage informed and active participation in government, increase understanding of public policy issues, and promote voter education and engagement throughout Arizona.
Voting rights and election administration, redistricting reform, campaign finance transparency, civic education, and public policy issues related to good governance, civil rights, and democratic participation.
Primarily funded through membership dues, individual donations, and foundation grants.
