LGBTQ SAVES is a Fort Worth, Texas–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2010 that provides safe, affirming spaces and support services for LGBTQ youth ages 12–24. The organization offers weekly in-person and virtual meetings, leadership development, family engagement, community education, and social activities aimed at reducing isolation, preventing suicide, and fostering personal growth and resilience among queer and transgender youth.
Supports policies that advance LGBTQ youth safety and well-being, including anti-bullying and nondiscrimination protections in schools and public accommodations, access to affirming mental health and health care services, suicide prevention initiatives, and public funding for community-based youth development programs.
