Description: Lift Our Voices is a U.S.-based nonprofit advocacy organization founded in 2019 that works to end legal silencing mechanisms in the workplace—including forced arbitration, pre-dispute nondisclosure and non-disparagement agreements—and to expand survivors' ability to seek justice, increase workplace transparency, and promote safer, more equitable work environments.
