Lift Our Voices is a U.S.-based nonprofit advocacy organization founded in 2019 that works to end legal silencing mechanisms in the workplace—including forced arbitration, pre-dispute nondisclosure and non-disparagement agreements—and to expand survivors' ability to seek justice, increase workplace transparency, and promote safer, more equitable work environments.
Federal and state legislation to prohibit or limit forced arbitration and NDAs in cases of sexual assault, harassment and other toxic workplace issues; rules to increase corporate transparency and accountability; worker protections against discrimination, harassment and age-based harms; public education and research on workplace silencing mechanisms.
Individual donations, philanthropic grants and sponsor support; donations are accepted through fiscal sponsorship provided by Panorama Global.
Co-founders and high-profile leaders Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky, co-founder Diana Falzone, fiscal sponsor Panorama Global, and a network of bipartisan congressional partners and advocacy allies who have worked with the organization on legislation.
Non-profit organization (fiscally sponsored 501(c)(3) initiative)
