LUNGevity Foundation is a U.S. nonprofit organization focused on transforming outcomes for people affected by lung cancer through research, education, advocacy, and patient support. Its mission is to improve survival and quality of life by accelerating early detection, better treatments, and community resources for patients and caregivers.
Lung cancer research funding, early detection and screening, precision medicine and biomarker testing, clinical trial access, patient education and survivorship support, and public policy advocacy related to lung cancer care and research.
Primarily supported by individual donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, and philanthropic contributions.
Founded by lung cancer survivors; works with a Scientific Advisory Board, patient advocates, caregivers, researchers, and partners such as CancerCare through its HELPLine program.
