March for Life Action is the advocacy arm of the March for Life movement formed to turn the annual March for Life into year‑round federal and state legislative and political action; it mobilizes march participants and sympathetic constituencies to promote pro‑life policies, lobby lawmakers, and engage in electoral advocacy.
Advocates for pro‑life legislation and restrictions on abortion at the federal and state levels, limits on public funding for abortion providers, promotion of pregnancy support and adoption policies, judicial and regulatory advocacy, and voter mobilization/electoral activity in support of pro‑life candidates and measures.
Primarily funded by individual donations, event fundraising and sponsorships, gifts from allied pro‑life organizations and major donors.
March for Life Education and Defense Fund; allied national pro‑life organizations such as Susan B. Anthony List, Students for Life of America, Family Research Council, and the Knights of Columbus; leaders and organizers associated with March for Life events (leadership has included figures such as Jeanne Mancini).
